Pemasangan IUD di LPPKN

semalam call tanya pasal IUD ingat lama nak dapatkan appointment. rupanya terus dapat buat hari ni. wow. rupanya memang tak ada patient sangat. and kebetulan hari ini memang hari dokter datang kan.

buat dekat ampang. tempat dia atas shop lot.memang tak sangka la. sampai sahaja terus register. dia tanya beberapa soalan and buka buku rekod. lepas tu dia amik signature and tunggu sampai dokter datang.

and sampai dokter, terus dia panggil. memang sekejap sangat prosesnya. sakit sikit je cam semut gigit and sengal sikit lepas tu. other than that okay sahaja.nasib pakai skirt senang sikit, bukak panties sahaja. and then bayar rm 95. walaweh, kat private rm 300 kot. sini implanon rm 3oo.

the reason i buat family planning is that i was very sick during my pregnancy. i had a very bad asthma trough out my pregnancy. coughing and all. and i had to see doctor frequently and many visit to emergency department. and so that is why i decided to lay back first. it is really tiring and painful. that is my reason. health.

gonna wear them tomorrow insya allah. i read to much bad review on implanon, so i decided to wear this instead.aww scary

perubahan badan

there will be changes in your body when you started pregnant. if you dont keen on the changes, dont be pregnant. pregnancy changes everything. from day 1 until the day your baby is born there still be changes.

1.putting on weight! omg , macam i yang memang dah gemuk ni kan, bertambah la.nak turun balik memang susah. but we can try.

2.stretch marks! omg again.. mine was really hideous.regardless the usage of creams and lotions. they say people with darker skin tend to get stretch mark so visible because of the hyperpigmentation can occur.there i said it. it will be there forever. souvenir from my pregnancy.i dont really care but i wanna look pretty for mr hubby,sob sob

3.if you give birth naturally.there down there is a masterpiece as well. haha i dont know what kind of changes can be happening down there. (maybe i can update later haha) if you give birth trough czer- yeah the marks also will always be there. unless you have money to go for laser or cosmetic surgery.

4.breast. enlargement. my breast has always been huge.now is more bigger. even my nipple went trough some changes. gila.it change according to how your baby suckle your nipple.crazy!

5.skin. darken,on some spot! not evenly they say because of hormonal.now im using lulur to actually even out the skin colour back.

6.whole body has its own changes. inside we dont know much.but the outer part what visible is this.


if you dont feel all of this changes is worth it.dont have a baby!

threading and bleaching

I went to bangsar today, to do threading, full face. painful! horrible but the result is amazing as always. rimas bermisai. haha

and i did the bleaching as my face skin tone is really bad. uneven skin tone. i hate it!
now im loving it!

advice for bride to be, do threading so that make up will be much better.trust me!
