Grand Hyatt Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Looooooong post overdue.

Let me just say that im a sucker for lavish and expensive hotel.
i dont like travel much, so whenever im in need of a holiday, i would rather find a nice hotel and check in for a weekend.

Been to most hotel in KL already. 
Let me do a bit review on Grand Hyatt KL.

Its a new hotel. i check in back in March? Cant really remember.
but anyway we had a good time here. will gladly to go again.

We love the buffet breakfast but, it is soooOOOoO expensive. baaha but the view is breathtaking!

Buffet- Impiana Hotel KLCC

This hotel has been solely our family favorite ever since forever. (Family means- My husband , Aleena and I)
We usually check in for a weekend there but most of the time we just went there for breakfast buffet. We really like the enviroment there. Very pleasant and calm. the atmosphere is very relaxing.

The food is nice as well.The staff is very friendly and attentive. We always been greeted politely and they always attend to our needs efficiently. Aleena loves it too.

I will make a breakfast buffet entry some other time. 
Last Thursday Mr Husband decided to treat me to Tonka Bean Impiana Klcc Hotel.
He always make a sudden wonderful treat for me.That is why i dont really care much whenever we dont celebrate our anniversary or such. I dont really make a big deal out of it as he always nice to me. Treated me to all kind of special things day and night regardless its a special date or not.

anyway, we were lucky that on the same day the hotel is making a Pre-Ramadhan buffet for the blogger and media to try out and make a review about it.
so Yeah more delicious and drooling buffet spread for us. VERY LUCKY!

But as i was there for the food and quite hungry i dont really fight with the bloggers for the picture. As i always go there for ramadhan buffet as well , so i kind a have in mind already what is the spread. 
the new food they add in is SALMON SASHIMI my fave!

 they have everything that you can name it! western eastern malaysian .
and the best part is their ice cream is baskin robin!

 so did my little baby aleena.:-) she had ice cream that night and went around running everywhere at the hotel lobby later that night bahahah.

 

update on my breastfeeding journey

It has been 1 year and 7 months now.
and i still love it. although it is so tiring and time consuming but im getting hang of it.

my supply at times drop tremendously and has to use up all my stock.
but then it turn to normal again
the picture is not on normal days. that is Wednesday. usually most i can get is ony 12 oz.

i try to supplement aleena with formula milk. Once there a booth at the Jusco mall and i let aleena try, she drank happily. bought a packed and mix them a few times. if i make 3 oz she will only drink half of it.

anyway, rezeki aleena, suddenly my husband office mate decided to supply aleena with her milk as she is oversupply.
so YAY! aleena now has ibu susuan. Her name is AISYAH and aleena now sister susuan is AYRA.

anyway, my milk is enough for aleena, but i rotate her stock with my milk so that i will still have supply until aleena insya allah 2 years old.
now i give to the nursery 2x3oz my milk and 2x 4 oz Aisyah milk's.

i am still insya allah gonna continue breastfeed her until 2 years old. then will try to wean her off. exercise regularly and hardworkingly so that i reduce as much as weight so that i can get pregnant again.

currently i will always called up my friends who in need of help on breastfeeding. 
anyway can always contact me and i will happily share my experience.

owh btw, i am not the kind of person who pump once and get oz of milk. top is 6 oz. but mostly is 4 oz. i am thankful that it is enough for aleena.

having another baby?

i really do want another baby. but i am not fully ready yet. 

first and foremost aleena is still fully breastfeed. as she barely eats much, but eats jugak la. can finish the whole chicken drumstick? hahahah

she depending my milk most of the time.

my mil has been asking bout this countless time.she said i need to give aleena a friend to play with. bahahah not a good reason to have another one as for me quantity is not important as the quality is. and i know my MIL highly praising me on very good jaga anak.hihihih but not now as aleena still need my attention fully.

nevermind send aleena to nursery already have many friends to play with if that is a reason for me to have another baby.

but anyway, according to chinese calender. if i want to have a baby boy for the next one, i need to conceive by may next year. not that i believe much in it as it is syirik hahaahh. 

i wanna write again

i shall write again because when i re-read again all the post before, i felt happy that i can trace back all those memories. nowadays the fact that i dont have time to do so, solely because aleena cant see me at peace. she will stalk me weh! toilet ,kitchen, anywhere. she bang on the door every time i go to the toilet and basically push the door open and smile and play "cak cak"(peek-a-boo) with me.

let start slow, okay.

jom cerita pasal my maid (sepupu/pengasuh aleena) ran away.

she is my husband cousin from kelantan. she is 20 years old. dia dah tak sekolah lama dah. she has been taking care of my husband grandmother before and after she passed away she just stay home and do nothing.
then my MIL asked her to take care of aleena.
she agreed. she has been doing a great job taking care of aleena. physically. but she dont really like to play and all with aleena. aleena usually will play by herself. watch tv when she dont watch. and slept a lot.  
i will cooked a bit extra the night before as my maid will re-heat the food. i dont want her to leave aleena alone and cook. so yeah. she will help around the house a bit. such as laundry, sweep and clean the floor. that is it. cuci toilet i buat,  masak, urusan lain semua i buat lah.

i dont mind as long as aleena stayed at home. means no need to send her to nursery-lah.
so anyway,

one fine day, nik father side grandma pass away in kelantan. so we rush back. and we cant bring her along(i think she wants to go back along) there is no space in my MYVI okay. 
what happen is that she decided to run away. called her parents, leave a note and bye bye.

she told me before that after raya she wanna go back for good. yeah we are all okay with it. called up nursery and booked aleena place for after raya. where we will trained aleena like half day for a week or so. not like totally leave her just like that to a stranger.

but no... she decided to be really dumb and leave us just like that. bullshit enough not even dare to answer my phone call or sms. dont even have the courtesy to call or sms to ask how aleena is doing in nursery. where in the first place she seem concern to send aleena there. seriously.

but after all that, aleena is doing fine in the nursery nowadays. it took her 2 weeks to blend in and be comfortable there. after that she seem eager to go every morning. will write a special post on her nursery later.

as for us as a family, my husband and i have a blast without her as we dont have to constantly worrying bout her. where whenever we went outing, she wont follow, so i had to either cooked and prepare her meal before hand. leceh paham. now no more we are free. i dont have to cook each night for her meals tomorrow as well.
 and we can eat whatever we want.

and no stranger at home.
just US.

i dont want to have a maid anymore. housework is not a problem to me.
but  having a maid that i have to  BELA is a no no.

hantar je anak kat nursery and pasrah and constantly doa Allah s.w.t will protect them. dok rumah dengan maid pun bukan selamat mana.  

LIVING ROOM

a simple house with a minimal budget.
ikea la jawabnya. actually kedai perabot biasa lebih murah tapi design cheq tak berkenan sangat. suka design mat saleh. gittew.

now it is a home. mostly is ikea. la. except for the dining table from fella design. old furniture curtsy  of my mom.

berblog dari rumah baru

Bukanlah rumah baru beli. Tapi rumah baru pindah. So far tak ada rezeki nak beli rumah sendiri lagi.Sekarang duduk di kuarters Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Taman Melati. Masya allah suka sangat rumah ni walaupun sudah uzur. Rumah ni dah lama dan juga sudah lama ditinggalkan tetapi areanya sangat best. Dahla damai banyak pokok, alhamdulillah dapat ground floor, block depan dekan dengan guard dan gate. Banyak Parking guest.Cuma parking tidak berbumbung susah sikit nak bawak Aleena. 

Area Taman Melati ni banyak kedai makan. Bayangkanlah mcdonald jalan kaki. Satay haji samuri pun boleh jalan kaki. Old town la.Kedai nasi arab, mamak semua ada.
Kedai runcit ada KK mart. jauh sikit ada banyak kedai lain lagi. 

Area dia sebelah betul MRR2. 

Pergi kerja ikut Jalan Pahang. Keluar pagi tak jem sangat so ok lah.

 the house was in a bad condition at first. cost us a bit to repair here and there and paint it then turn out okay.

but still there are a few major repairing that im waiting for HKL to do it.

new home♥♡

we move out last week. from setiawangsa to taman melati. hopefully we gonna stay here longer. i really hate moving out. it is too tiring. beside having a little kids makes it even worse. aleena fell sick since last week and yet to recover. diarrhea and fever. i had to take leave for a week coz of this. dont have the heart to leave her. anyway new home it is.

its been a while

Since i blog anything, kind a busy and lost interest as well. Use to be so passionate bout writing. oh well, there is no time. even time for myself is lessen nowadays. i cant blog during working hours like some of you who can. my workload is just too much.
anyhow, aleena is now 1 years and 2 months. still fully breastfeed because she doesnt eat anything. she taste only. if ever i made something for her she only taste not even a teaspoon and she refuse to eat. so yeah.
anyway, i am still here in hospital kuala lumpur.
dont know where to go.
stuck here forever maybe.
other than that life is good.

boros untuk anak?

is there even such thing? yes it does.for me it is ok to shop and go crazy for my daughter but not for myself. i think all mother are the same where we end up  buying things for our kids instead of ourselves once we have them?
true right?
i rather buy aleena t shirt that cost me up to rm100 then buy myself a work attire perhaps? gila.

but it is fun buying them stuff. toys and such. 
i like my baby aleena to look pretty all the time.
so she dont have any outing attire as she wore everything everyday. so she is always on the go if we want to go out impromptu she is always ready. hahahahah cheating.

i need to cut back on my shopping but she grows up so fast.

alasan. 

aleena is almost 1 year okd

time do fly fast when you are enjoying it. aleena is turning 1 soon. she is amazing masya allah. thank you allah for giving me aleena as my baby girl. 
she started to flip when she is 2-3 months old. crawl and sit at 6 months. walk at 10 months. she bring so much joy to us. me as a mother i can describe how attached i am to her. everyday  all the time all i think of is aleena.
she still hates to eat. she still drink her mama milks. been feeding her everything. she talks a lot nowadays. following whatever sound we made. she is a cheerful kids. active. moves all the time. barely see her sit down for more than a minute. 
her favourite things to do is watch disney channel. her most fave shows is agent oso.pororo.pocoyo.mickey mouse clubhouse. 
she knows how to cry to get her way. haha.
her birthday partay need to be postponed as my dad is having surgeries next week and i dont feel like partaying due to that. so yeah my baby grown up already

I am so emotional last night, as for the first time i witness this in front of my eyes. My baby aleena crawl fastly and went straight to my maid and just sit there with her while i have been calling and begging her to come to me. this is sudden as my maid just came out from her room. i am hurt. dramatic much? yes it is. i am so sad. okay?

i have been doing all i can to be close to aleena but when this happen i am hurt. rasa macam ada slash cut on my heart. masa aleena bermanja dengan my hubby of course i dont mind but when it come to anyone else i mind.

i do understand that aleena spent most of her awake time with her. and only 2 and half freaking hours awaken with me!! because im working and by the time im home i need to cook and wash and prepare her milk for tomorrow morning. that took at least an hour. Aleena sleeping time is 7.30 pm. try to make her sleep later? cannot as she will cry anxiously, if i dont breastfeed her to sleep.

ini i fully breastfeed her, imagine if not. she might be sleeping with my maid instead HUAargGGGGGAGGGHHHH raksaksa hijau keluar sebab bengang. arghHHHhhHHHhHHH

talk to my husband he said that dont worry as aleena grow older she will know who is the mother and her care taker. in the end when she really understand it is easy for me to be close to her again. as for now she will be close to someone who always there when she is awake while im away at work for almot 10 freaking hours! dead!

over the weekend i was there and hold aleena for 24 hours. i bathed clean feed talk play walk whatever with her, i dont let her go except if i cook. that is why i dont like cooking on weekend cause i wanna spent more time with her. sigh cry cry cry cry.

i miss my baby girl aleena.

Promise myself when she all grown up im gonna be as cloe to her as I am now to my mom or even  more.

10 months old Aleena

This is all about Nik Aleena.

Aleena is turning 10 months old. She has grow up to be such a strong baby girl. To tell you the truth i dont really observe aleena behaviour cause whatever she do, amuse me. I cant find flaws in her because she is my daughter. Tell me which mother dont think the same way that their children is perfect.(So far) of course as she is still a baby.

1. sleeping pattern.

She is actually will want to go to sleep at arond 7.30 pm and will get up (like really awake) at 7 am in the morning. Meanwhile she will get up a few times at night for feeding. which actually as she is still fully breastfeed, she will feed some and fall back to sleep. Occasionally she will get up in the middle of the night either to scream and cry out loud god  knows for what reason and to play.(yes she play all alone in the dark for a few hour before she decide to go back to sleep).

2. eating pattern

She dislike eating.she will eat, but only a few spoonful and that will be it. i have tried everything and none seem working. she rely mostly on milk and ate occasionally? tried giving her porridge puree oats pasta rice and such on. now she eat bread with butter and normal rice with some chicken or chicken with potato and some vege.(like adult) She dislike biscuit too. alhamdulillah that she likes to drink plain water as that really help with her bowel movement.

3.playing pattern.

she lovesss to play a lot. and she played with her toys all the time. we hav e introduce playground to her and she loves  the swings too. we can notice that when she can walk she will go and run everywhere to play.

4. aleena loves tv too much. her favourite shows are pororo, pocoyo, agent oso , mickey mouse, little tayo, doc mc stuffin and jake and the neverland pirate. she dislike banana in pyjamas. as what i can notice she will turn away and so.

I really really am in love with my little aleena. my husband and i both adore our little angel so much that we really manjakan her to the max.sigh bahaya right.

hehehehe alrighty that should be it.

aleena can walk already yay! alhamdulillah budak kalut nak ke laut tu begitulah. she practice everyday. sangat rajin budak itu. and she is not afraid of anything. i am amaze myself.

blogging from a new laptop

its pink its bold its sony vaio. yay!
its small and light and i can carry it to work.
the thing with my old laptop is that it is huge and heavy. previously it is easy for me to carry them until i started breastfeeding. i need to carry those almost 2 kg of breastpump and together with ice pack and such. heavy
and due to that i am not required to do many reports, i need to bring  my laptop often to work as i cant get anything done at home.
beside there arent much computers at my office,
hahahahhahahaha,,banyak la alasan kan

aleena progression

omg lama gila tak update blog.seriously i am dead busy. yeah life as a mother. hectic. 
aleena is now 9 and a half month! 
she can crawl and sit at the same time at 6 months and 2 weeks. 
masa ni i took 2 weeks off to take care of her because pengasuh aleena was away. and it was worth it because at this time aleena actually crawl and sits. happy!

aleena hates food. she only wants milks,
a very happy baby alhamdulillah. turning 10 months soon and then she is gonna be a year old, sob baby grow big already.

always worried about her.even a simplest little thing can trigger me to worry about her. mengada.
i miss blogging, but i got no time. the extra time that i got i use it to rest or play with aleena hihi

aleena and food

 few attempt on making her to eat. this is bubur nasi with kurma. blend the rice. cook on a medium heat with water and buah kurma.

 put in thermos and keep warm for the next feeding

 mixed with some of mama milk. and feed.. result? eat some and spit the rest

nevermind...mama milk is the best ya?
 
aleena hates food. or mama dont know how to cook to her liking?
